Yes the solution we use is 100% safe and friendly to humans and pets. It is made from a pure organic Citrus solution and is 100% non toxic. We are thankful no one has ever reported a negative reaction in 17 years.
The most important factor when it comes to dry time is good air circulation and movement. We turn the ceiling fans on high and encouraged customers to have their AC on at around 78 degrees. Carpet is usually completely dry in 8 hours. we use large blowers while working to speed up the drying time.
The average residential job takes approximately two hours and that is with two technicians working. The average commercial job is anywhere from 4 to 8 hours.

SERVICES
We pre treat the tile and grout with a citrus solution and we scrub all the tile and grout lines before using any kind of extraction. Then we steam clean and extract the dirty water using our truck mounted machine. We then acid wash and scrub all tile and grout lines again to make sure they are brought back to their original color. The reason we clean with citrus and then acid is because the citrus is much more effective at removing the months or years of dirt and grease build-up in the tile. The acid solution is more effective at bringing the grout lines back to their original color.
Yes, we have been cleaning yachts from South Beach to Palm Beach for the last 17 years. Our experience working on so many yachts has helped us form the techniques we use to safely run our hoses without damaging walls or flooring. We use corner guards and floor guards to always have a layer of protection.
Yes we clean all types of fabric and upholstery including: sofas, mattresses, drapes, window treatments, fabric wall panels, patio furniture, deck cushions and more.
We pre treat all carpet with an organic citrus solution. Then we will use hot water extraction to eliminate bacteria, odor and pet stains. The temperature and heat the machine generates is a critical factor to your results. The machines we run generate their heat from a diesel heating system which allows for constant high temperature steam cleaning. The perfect temperature to extract and eliminate nasty odors, bacteria and allergens is around 225 degrees.
Spot removers saturate the carpet with heavy soap residue that will attract dirt and create large stains. Most spot removers cause damage and problems for the carpet. Using vinegar is a great option that doesn’t leave a soapy residue and cleans very effectively.
